CVE-2020-27892 describes a denial-of-service vulnerability in the Zigbee protocol implementation on Texas Instruments CC2538 devices running Z-Stack 3.0.1. The flaw allows an attacker to crash the device by sending a malformed ZCL Discover Commands Received or Generated Response message. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability can be exploited remotely with low complexity, leading to a complete loss of availability for affected devices. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
