CVE-2020-27258 is an information disclosure vulnerability affecting SOOIL Developments Co., Ltd Diabecare RS insulin pumps and their AnyDana-i and AnyDana-A mobile applications. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit a flaw in the Bluetooth Low Energy communication protocol to extract the pump's keypad lock PIN. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 6.5) requires physical proximity (adjacent network access) and has a high impact on confidentiality, allowing unauthorized access to the device.
