CVE-2020-25747 describes an authentication bypass vulnerability in the Telnet service of Rubetek RV-3406, RV-3409, and RV-3411 cameras (firmware versions v342, v339). This critical vulnerability (CVSS 9.4) allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to gain full access to RTSP and ONVIF services. The impact is severe, enabling attackers to view live streams, manipulate camera settings (e.g., rotation, brightness), and even restart or factory reset the devices. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code, or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
