CVE-2020-25654 describes an Access Control List (ACL) bypass vulnerability in Pacemaker, affecting ClusterLabs and Debian Linux distributions. A local attacker with a haclient account can bypass intended ACL restrictions by directly communicating with Pacemaker daemons via IPC. This high-severity flaw (CVSS 7.2) allows an authenticated attacker to achieve high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability without user interaction. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
