CVE-2020-24624 describes an unauthenticated directory traversal vulnerability in the DownloadServlet class of HPE Pay Per Use (PPU) Utility Computing Service (UCS) Meter version 1.9. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to read arbitrary files on the affected system. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, leading to high confidentiality impact.
