CVE-2019-9842 is a critical arbitrary ASPX code execution vulnerability affecting madskristensen MiniBlog versions through 2018-05-18. The flaw allows authenticated attackers to upload malicious ASPX code by exploiting a lack of file extension validation when processing IMG elements with data: URLs. With a CVSS score of 7.2 (HIGH), successful exploitation could lead to full compromise of the affected system, including data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor any evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
