CVE-2019-6958 is a critical improper access control vulnerability (CWE-306) affecting numerous Bosch products, including BVMS versions 9.0 and below, DIVAR IP series, and other Bosch video and access control systems. This flaw allows unauthenticated access to the RCP+ network port, enabling attackers to delete or read video data. With a CVSS score of 9.1 (CRITICAL), it presents a high risk due to its network-based attack vector, low attack complexity, and high impact on confidentiality and integrity. Despite its severity, there is no known active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage.
