CVE-2019-5260 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Huawei Y9 2019 and Honor View 20 smartphones. An attacker can exploit this by sending specially crafted TD-SCDMA messages from a rogue base station, leveraging insufficient input validation during message parsing. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 6.5) requires adjacent network access and no user interaction, potentially causing an infinite loop and device reboots.
