CVE-2019-3490 is a DOM-based Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the Netstorage component of Micro Focus Open Enterprise Server (OES) versions OES2015SP1, OES2018, and OES2018SP1. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this by tricking a victim into clicking a specially crafted link, leading to arbitrary JavaScript execution in the victim's browser. With a CVSS score of 6.1 (Medium), the attack requires user interaction and has low impact on confidentiality and integrity. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage surrounding this vulnerability.
