CVE-2019-2651 is a high-severity vulnerability in the Message Display subcomponent of Oracle Email Center, affecting Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.1 through 12.2.8. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the Email Center, requiring human interaction from a victim. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all Email Center accessible data, and unauthorized modification of some data. With a CVSS 3.0 Base Score of 8.2, the vulnerability has significant confidentiality and integrity impacts.
