CVE-2019-19373 is a critical arbitrary unserialization vulnerability affecting Squiz Matrix CMS versions 5.5.0, 5.5.1, 5.5.2, and 5.5.3 prior to their respective patch releases. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this flaw by manipulating a POST parameter in a Remote Content page type, leading to local file inclusion and ultimately remote code execution. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network without user interaction, posing a significant risk of complete compromise of confidentiality. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
