CVE-2019-19228 is a critical authentication bypass vulnerability affecting Fronius Solar Inverter devices prior to version 3.14.1 (HM 1.12.1). Attackers can exploit this by accessing the plaintext password for the "today" account, which is improperly stored in the /tmp/web_users.conf file. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this network-exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to achieve complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
