CVE-2019-18655 is a critical Structured Exception Handler (SEH) based buffer overflow vulnerability affecting File Sharing Wizard version 1.5.0 build 2008. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to achieve remote command execution and obtain a command shell by sending a crafted HTTP GET request with a malicious payload in the URL. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, leading to high impacts on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. While similar to other known vulnerabilities, there is currently no public exploit code available (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB) and no evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
