CVE-2019-17627 describes a vulnerability in the Yale Bluetooth Key mobile application that allows unauthorized unlocking of Yale ZEN-R and potentially other locks. An attacker can sniff Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) traffic during a legitimate unlock, then compute the authentication key through simple hexadecimal manipulation.
