CVE-2019-11196 is a critical authentication bypass vulnerability affecting all versions of ValuePLUS Integrated University Management System (IUMS). An unauthenticated, remote attacker can gain full administrator privileges by manipulating the Teachers Web Panel (TWP) User ID or Password fields. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this flaw allows attackers to enumerate/delete student data or alter system settings with high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
