CVE-2019-11030 is a critical insecure deserialization vulnerability affecting Mirasys VMS versions prior to V7.6.1 and 8.x prior to V8.3.2. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit a flaw in the Mirasys.Common.Utils.Security.DataCrypt method to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges by sending a specially crafted, encrypted serialized object. This vulnerability has a CVSS score of 9.8 (Critical) due to its network-based attack vector, low attack complexity, and high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. While hardcoded encryption keys are available, there is currently no public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB) and no evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
