CVE-2018-6384 describes an unquoted Windows search path vulnerability in NSClient++ versions prior to 0.4.1.73. This flaw allows a local, non-privileged attacker to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges by placing a malicious "program.exe" file in the system drive's root directory. With a CVSS score of 7.8 (High), this vulnerability has a low attack complexity and can lead to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
