CVE-2018-5551

CVE-2018-5551 is a critical vulnerability affecting DocuTrac QuicDoc and Office Therapy versions that include DTISQLInstaller.exe version 1.6.4.0 and earlier, where three hardcoded credentials (QDMaster, OTMaster, and sa) with known passwords are present. With a CVSS score of 10.0, this vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to achieve complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability over the network with low attack complexity. Despite its critical severity and ease of exploitation, there is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage.
