CVE-2018-1846 is an XML External Entity (XXE) injection vulnerability affecting IBM Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager versions 5.0 through 5.0.2 and 6.0 through 6.0.6. This flaw allows a remote, authenticated attacker to exploit the processing of XML data. With a CVSS v3 score of 7.1 (High), successful exploitation could lead to sensitive information disclosure or denial of service through resource consumption.
