CVE-2018-16265 describes an improper D-Bus security policy configuration in the Tizen bt/bt_core system service, allowing unprivileged processes to control Bluetooth pairing and create system UIs. This vulnerability affects Tizen before 5.0 M1 and Tizen-based firmwares, including Samsung Galaxy Gear series before build RE2. With a CVSS score of 6.5 (MEDIUM), it can be exploited by an adjacent attacker with low complexity to achieve high integrity impact, though confidentiality and availability are not affected.
