CVE-2018-14713 is a format string vulnerability in the appGet.cgi component of ASUS RT-AC3200 routers running firmware version 3.0.0.4.382.50010. This vulnerability allows an authenticated attacker to read arbitrary memory sections and CPU registers by manipulating the "hook" URL parameter. With a CVSS v3.0 score of 8.1 (High), it presents a significant risk due to its low attack complexity and high confidentiality and integrity impacts. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
