CVE-2018-1269 describes a denial-of-service vulnerability in Cloud Foundry Loggregator versions 89.x, 96.x, 99.x, 101.x, and 102.x. Specifically, the traffic controller fails to properly handle errors during HTTP request construction. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 6.5) allows a remote, authenticated attacker to craft malicious requests, leading to dangling TCP connections and ultimately a denial of service. The attack complexity is low, and no user interaction is required. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, nor are there publicly available exploit modules in Metasploit, Nuclei, or ExploitDB. Community discussion and media coverage for this CVE are minimal.
