CVE-2017-8990 is a critical remote code execution vulnerability affecting HPE Intelligent Management Center (iMC) Wireless Service Manager (WSM) Software versions prior to WSM 7.3 (E0506). This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code remotely with high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability, as indicated by its CVSS v3.0 score of 9.8.
