CVE-2017-6807 describes a Cross-Site Session Transfer vulnerability in mod_auth_mellon versions prior to 0.13.1. This flaw allows an authenticated user on one website hosted on a server to reuse their session cookie to gain unauthorized access to a different website on the same server. Rated Medium with a CVSS score of 6.1, the attack requires user interaction and can lead to limited confidentiality and integrity impacts. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, publicly available exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
