An authenticated administrator can exploit this flaw by manipulating registry parameters to inject arbitrary code into a debugged McAfee process. With a CVSS score of 4.4 (Medium), this vulnerability requires high privileges (PR:H) and local access (AV:L) to achieve high integrity impact (I:H), but has no confidentiality or availability impact.
