CVE-2017-18923 is a critical arbitrary file download vulnerability affecting beroNet VoIP Gateways running firmware versions prior to 3.0.16. The flaw, rated 7.5 HIGH, allows an unauthenticated attacker to download sensitive files, including those containing credentials, due to a vulnerable PHP script. This remote attack requires no user interaction and could lead to complete compromise of confidentiality. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
