CVE-2017-16603 is a critical vulnerability affecting NetGain Systems Enterprise Manager 7.2.730 build 1034, allowing remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The flaw, residing in the upload_file_do_jsp servlet, permits the creation of arbitrary files due to improper validation of the filename parameter, even though authentication is technically required but bypassable.
