CVE-2017-16155 describes a directory traversal vulnerability in fast-http-cli, the command-line interface for the fast-http web server. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to access arbitrary files on the server's filesystem by injecting "../" sequences into a URL, resulting in a high-severity CVSS score of 7.5. While the vulnerability has a high potential for data exposure, there is currently no evidence of active exploitation, publicly available exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion surrounding it.
