CVE-2017-16120 describes a directory traversal vulnerability in the liyujing static file server. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to access arbitrary files on the server's filesystem by manipulating URLs with "../" sequences. Rated 7.5 HIGH, the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, leading to a complete compromise of confidentiality. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
