CVE-2017-14527 describes multiple XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerabilities in OpenText Documentum Webtop 6.8.0160.0073 and Documentum Administrator. These flaws allow remote authenticated attackers to read arbitrary files, list directory contents, cause denial of service, or, on Windows, extract Documentum user hashes. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (HIGH), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction, leading to high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), and it is not known to be actively exploited, with minimal community discussion or media coverage.
