This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to upload malicious files to arbitrary locations on the file system, potentially leading to remote code execution. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (Critical), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, granting full confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact.
