CVE-2015-7285 describes an authentication bypass vulnerability affecting CSL DualCom GPRS CS2300-R devices with firmware versions 1.25 through 3.53. The vulnerability allows a man-in-the-middle attacker to bypass intended access restrictions by spoofing an HSxx response, as the devices do not require authentication from Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) servers. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 5.8) has a network attack vector, medium attack complexity, and could lead to partial confidentiality and integrity compromise.
