CVE-2014-1946 describes an access restriction bypass vulnerability in OpenDocMan version 1.2.7 and earlier. An authenticated attacker can exploit this by sending a crafted request to signup.php, allowing them to elevate their privileges to administrator. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 8.8) has a low attack complexity and can lead to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
