CVE-2013-1915 is an XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability affecting ModSecurity versions prior to 2.7.3, as well as products from Debian, Fedora, openSUSE, and Trustwave. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 7.5) allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read arbitrary files, send HTTP requests to internal servers, or cause denial of service through CPU and memory exhaustion. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage surrounding this CVE.
