Attackers can exploit an unauthenticated SOAP endpoint (codeEditorSave.asmx) and a path traversal flaw in the SaveDLRScript operation to upload arbitrary ASPX files into the web root. This allows for unauthenticated remote code execution with a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL).
