CVE-2012-0261 is a critical remote command execution vulnerability affecting op5 Monitor and op5 Appliance versions before 1.6.2 and 5.5.3, respectively. Attackers can exploit shell metacharacters in the timestamp parameter of license.php to execute arbitrary commands. With a CVSS score of 10.0, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no authentication required, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
