CVE-2010-4231 is a directory traversal vulnerability affecting the web-based administration interface of Camtron CMNC-200 Full HD IP Cameras and TecVoz CMNC-200 Megapixel IP Cameras running firmware 1.102A-008. This allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read arbitrary files on the device by manipulating the URI with ".." sequences. With a CVSS score of 7.8 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, leading to complete confidentiality compromise.
