CVE-2009-1135 describes a critical vulnerability in Microsoft ISA Server 2006 Gold and SP1 when Radius OTP is enabled. This flaw allows remote attackers to bypass authentication by exploiting the HTTP-Basic authentication method, thereby gaining unauthorized access to published web pages and assuming the privileges of an arbitrary account. With a CVSS score of 9.0, this vulnerability is highly severe, enabling complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
