This flaw allows remote attackers to trigger a denial of service or execute arbitrary code by injecting format string specifiers into SWUTMP or SUCATALOG filenames, or through the application/x-apple.sucatalog+xml MIME type. With a CVSS score of 5.0, this vulnerability has a low attack complexity and does not require authentication, but its primary impact is a denial of service, though arbitrary code execution is also possible.
