CVE-2003-1160 is a critical authentication bypass vulnerability affecting the Seyeon FlexWATCH Network Video Server 132, which allows remote attackers to gain administrative privileges by sending a crafted HTTP request containing double leading slashes to the aindex.htm page. Assigned a maximum CVSS score of 10.0, this flaw presents an extreme risk due to its network-based attack vector, low complexity, and ability to facilitate a complete compromise of system confidentiality, integrity, and availability without requiring authentication. Although historical proof-of-concept code is available on ExploitDB, there is currently no evidence of active exploitation in the wild, and the vulnerability is not listed in the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog.
