CVE-2003-0117 describes a buffer overflow vulnerability in the HTTP receiver function (BizTalkHTTPReceive.dll ISAPI) of Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on the affected server by sending a specially crafted request to the HTTP receiver. With a CVSS score of 7.5, it is considered highly severe due to its network-based attack vector, low complexity, and potential for complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
