CVE-2001-0949 describes multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities within the forms.exe CGI program of ValiCert Enterprise Validation Authority (EVA) Administration Server versions 3.3 through 4.2.1. These flaws allow unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying excessively long arguments to various parameters.
