CVE-2001-0436 describes a critical arbitrary command execution vulnerability in DCForum 2000 1.0, specifically within the dcboard.cgi script. Attackers can exploit this by uploading a Perl program and using directory traversal (..) in the AZ parameter to execute it on the server.
